10.1 Business-to-Business Supply
Wave Office Ltd primarily supplies goods to business customers. Most products are made to order, customised, or manufactured specifically to customer requirements and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- the goods are faulty, or
- the goods have been supplied incorrectly.
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Where cancellation is accepted, we reserve the right to charge for all costs incurred, including but not limited to manufacturer charges, materials, labour, and administration costs.
Business customers acknowledge that statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

Where installation services are provided:

- Any delays caused by site conditions may incur additional charges
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues at the installation site
