What are your delivery options?

We have our own fleet of vehicles, on the road every day installing new office furniture covering the South East, South West and London regions.

We will only ever use high quality Office Furniture manufacturers, most are based in the UK. If it is more environmentally friendly to have your order shipped to you direct from the factory, this will speed up the lead time to you. If this is the case then the delivery lead time will be communicated to you during or after your order has been placed.

If you are in our own delivery area then the delivery date will be communicated to you as soon as we receive notification from the manufacturer. Either way we will do everything that we can do to ensure your order arrives with you on the day you are expecting it, and in perfect condition!

How do I get in touch?

We have Office Furniture sales specialists in our Crawley office, ready to help you find the perfect solution for your needs. I need to cancel my order?

Yes things change, we understand that. Many of our products are made to order, in the colour and specifications you requested. As soon as we receive your request we would contact the manufacturer immediately, and as long as our cancellation was successful then you will be refunded the next working day. Notification of the cancellation will be emailed to you as soon as possible.

Should the goods you wish to cancel have already been manufactured we would try to stop shipment, however if this was not possible we would advise you accordingly and seek a solution with all parties.

How can I pay?

Please note, unless you have a credit account with us in place, payment will be taken as soon as your order is received – we have to do this in order to get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you.

We accept all major credit cards for telephone payments, or you can pay online using Stripe, our preferred online payment solution.

You can open a trade account (not available for private individuals). Please contact us for more information.

Can I set up a credit account?

Can you deliver to any floor in my building?

Depending on the specific order and your geographic location we have fully trained Office Furniture fitters that can deliver and install your order to any part of your building. If we have produced floorplans the the goods will be sited according to the plans. They will also take away all packaging waste for recycling and we can even take away your old unwanted furniture*

All our fitters are CSCS trained in manual handling and health and safety.

*Disposal charges if applicable will be agreed with you before anything is removed.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Once your order is received GREAT, THANKS! we really appreciate your business and hope you will come back soon!

Once we receive your order, we will send you an acknowledgment. We ask you to please check it very carefully, what you have ordered, the quantity, colour and any specifics relating to that product. Also the delivery address and any notes relating to the delivery.

Who can order from Wave Office?

Anybody can order from Wave Office, but you can request a trade account to receive contract pricing and invoice billing.

Returns & Cancellations

Goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Wave Office. Goods can be returned for a refund if we are notified within 30 days of receiving your goods. If we are notified outside of the 30 days, then a credit can be issued to be used against a future order at Wave Office’s discretion.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition.

Bespoke | Made-to-Order item Returns 

1.1 Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock.

If you need to cancel your made-to-order items for any reason, this can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. If a cancellation is possible after 24 hours, we will charge a cancellation fee as it is unlikely that we could re-sell made-to-order items to another customer. Please contact us for details.

1.2 Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after despatch from the warehouse.

Refused deliveries of made-to-order items are not eligible for credit. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order items, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged.

The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Wave Office. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer.
