Excellent Service Turned up at office during day as a retail customer following a recommendation.  Been looking for an office chair for home office type use for some time. Multitude of chairs to try to find what works best for you.  Received excellent service from Bob (and team) to help narrow down the options.  Never felt hurried. I bought the KAB K4 chair (which, by the way, is life-changing) and received unrivalled customer service - despite being a consumer rather than a business I received such personal service from Dave with calls and texts as the order progressed and a delivery date was agreed, and again after delivery to make sure everything was ok. Brilliant office furniture experience Wave Office have been brilliant during our office refurb. We went into their showroom to find some office chairs and come out with furniture for our whole office. Friendly staff with great communication and everything was delivered/assembled efficiently.
