DELIVERY & LEAD-TIMES:
- All pricing is exclusive of delivery or installation and this is provided as a separate cost on each project.
- Our standard lead-time for products in our RRP is 4 – 6 weeks, though this is subject to change. Especially during the summer months.
- If you require delivery quicker than 6 weeks, then please contact your account manager.
- Bespoke products are likely to be on an extended lead-time.
WARRANTY
- 5 Years – normal fair wear & tear.
- This includes the structure and foam / padding materials.
- Fabrics are covered by fabric manufacturers’ warranty, usually 5 years, dependent on fabric choice.
- Expected life cycle of 15 years.
While every effort has been made to accurately represent this product, please be aware that colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person. If you have any concerns, or if you are attempting to match colors with existing furniture, we recommend requesting a material sample before finalizing your order.
The estimated delivery dates provided for this product are accurate at the time of listing but may change. While they offer a useful reference, factors such as stock shortages, non-standard color choices, and custom materials could result in longer lead times. Additionally, Christmas and other holiday seasons could impact delivery schedules. A more accurate lead time will be given to you soon after your order is confirmed. If the updated timeframe does not meet your needs, we can suggest an alternative product or you may choose to cancel your order.
